| HISTORY Michigan Off Road Center Was Started In 1984 By Mark Watros. We Have Been Pro Racing For Over 30 Years. We Have Enjoyed Making Dream Vehicles Come To Life For All Truck Enthusiasts. We look forward to serve you for another 25 years. Mark also owns Mongoose Pro Monster Trucks and L.A Truck Sales, Click on the tabs above to see what there about. OUR INTERESTS We have many interests, of course we love trucks and we have been around them all of our live's. We are like our customers, we enjoy off-roading if that would be up at Silver Lake, Mud-Bogging, Rock Climbing and 2-Tracking on some trails. We enjoy racing the monster truck and seeing all the fans. We enjoy working with all of Michigan and making some of the greatest friends. REFUNDS
Please call or email us before sending anything back. There is a possibility that we can take care of the problem without a return. Any unexpected packages will be refused and the package
will come back to you.
If there is a problem with your order, notify us by phone or email immediately. DO NOT install the parts or even attempt to if they are not the right parts for the application. No parts that have
been installed will be accepted as returns. All parts must be in their original packages to be accepted for a return/refund. NO refunds after 15 days.
Any order that requires a refund for any reason is subject to a 5% service fee whether the item was ever shipped or not. This 5% will be taken out of the amount refunded to the card at the
time the refund is issued.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply on returns that are not defective, unless other arrangements have been made. We will only charge you the percentage we incur charges on up to
20%. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges on items that are not defective.
We do not accept any returns 15 days after delivery of the product.
If you feel you need to return a product you have purchased from us, please feel free to give us a call or email so that we can try and help without costing you any more time or money.
